Striped Korean Fashion

If I could wear stripes everyday, I would. And currently, I’m fascinated by everything Korean. I’m quite inspired by their innate ability to make the baggy look work, but at the same time, look sophisticated and polished even with a less conservative outfit.
Here are my takes on striped K-fashion which I’d definitely wear for work or for casual hang outs with friends.
K-fashion OOTD 1: Skinny Jeans, Stripes, and coat
The coat is optional of course, but it does add a sophistication to the whole look. I would normally wear flats but a girl needs to be a little uncomfortable sometimes.

K-fashion OOTD 2: Paperback Shorts and Stripes
For a more casual, laid back day, shorts and a turtleneck works. I chose a footwear with a little heel to keep it very K-fashion, of course. Pair it with an ombre, bit-lip style of lipstick and pastel eyeshadow and you’re all done.

K-fashion OOTD 3: Red Stripes and a Skirt
I went all girly on this one with a red striped vertical blouse and a gray tweed mini. I love tweed, actually. If the weather here were a lot cooler, it’d be my 2nd favourite textile to wear. I would choose to tuck in the top for a more polished look especially for a petite person like myself. The hat, I can do without but just threw it in any way or fun :)
